A PLAN ...

i decided i really needed to figure out where i was going to stay in Roatan .... this has been hanging over my head for 2 weeks, and is now interfering with my ability to focus on anything else.   i'd been having emails with 'Sara' from Casa del Sol,  ... she said they had a small apartment; and i had been emailing questions about location, security, WiFi, total costs, etc ... and the correspondence just died after 24Feb .... i tried another email address, sent messages through their FaceBook page ... still with no luck ....  today i found a phone number and after several hours, finally got through to the on-site manager; who said they had no availability :(    ....  i explained about my emails with 'Sara' .... he asked me to call back in 1/2 hour ... then again in 1hr ... then in 10min .... really, he was doing his best, because he was 'in the middle' and didn't know what had been going on.   i was afraid i had lost the place; but eventually, somehow, he confirmed Unit #6 for me !!!!    
sooooooo, i'm moving to Roatan on Sat, 8Mar,  if there is a boat going  .... of course, now i don't want to leave :(

in between phone calls, i walked to the bank 3 times to get money out ... all 3 times there were 30-50 people waiting ... on-line and electronic banking is not an option for most local people in 3rd world countries ... Galapagos was the same way......  i'll try again tomorrow. 

i needed to get outside ... it was almost 4pm,  when i started my walk to The Driftwood to see Valentine ....  i have visiting privileges  :)

Jungle was there and took me into the Bodega, i.e., Miss Kitty's room  :)     she was there ... it's her home .... Jungle still insists he doesn't like cats .. however, i hardly could pet her because he was petting her all the time ... she is one of those cats that just steals your heart.   

i am just So Happy !
